Pegassi is the moniker of 24-year-old Belgian deejay & producer Sam Huybrecht, hailing from Antwerp.
As a 16 year old bedroom producer he got picked up by Giacatori, the deejays and producers behind Dutch wonderboy Lil Kleine. Together they worked on pounding remixes for the headstrong rapper. Next to that Pegassi broke the internet with some huge bootleg remixes: 500.000 plays on Youtube, over a dozen features on different channels and a stunning 1 million plays on Soundcloud. Driven by his love for deep basslines and the house scene, Pegassi’s dedication & sick deejay skills brought the him to stages at festivals like Elrow Town, Balaton & Sunrise.
After accomplishing multiple milestones with his previous projects Pegassi is now ready to bring it back to the roots with this release on DJ Licous brand, clubbing concept and house focused label SHOMI. L.A Kitty creates a standard for what to expect from Pegassi in the near future; 5 A.M. rave tech vibes, deep basslines & freaky melodies.
